Working with a respectable project, you should relate to it with love and dedication, investing all your efforts and time into it, extracting lessons from the mistakes of predecessors, to avoid their repetition and to prevent breakdowns of your projects.
As noted by Ms. Leila Shaira, the "Hanover Pi En Ti medical service" project includes a medical center for training medical assistants in elderly care, providing services in many emirates of the country, primarily in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. She noted that it became the first emirate's entrepreneurial initiative, establishing a company that works in the field of home care and providing such services.
Furthermore, the project also offers a full spectrum of medical services, including kidney dialysis, measuring sugar and blood pressure levels, as well as complete care for chronic patients, unable to provide for themselves independently.
Evolving, the company provides emergency medical services and organizes a rental service for ambulances for transporting patients, especially elderly citizens who need relocation from one emirate to another. The company also provides necessary services at events, festivals, and large gatherings, as well as for large companies, especially construction firms, where safety needs to be ensured.
Leila Shaira, having studied management courses in Dubai and receiving a bachelor's degree in business from a university in the USA, speaks of her passion for medicine and caring for children and the elderly. She concluded that success does not come by chance and arises from multiple challenges, but she turned them into success, becoming the first emirate's entrepreneurial initiative, establishing a company working in the field of home care and emergency assistance.
According to her, one of the main difficulties was that she, as a young emirate, competed with men of various nationalities for a position in tenders and contracts, facing fierce competition and high requirements for obtaining contracts for supplies.
The developed youth project has indeed evolved over several years: from a modest home care project to a large presentation of emergency medical services, patient ambulance rental services in a home environment, for private and large companies, as well as doctor and nurse presentations for elderly care in domestic settings.
